Nine modules over six weeks
42 pre-recorded video lessons + handbook
Once a week live call that is 1 hour or less.
The call is recorded and uploaded to our private Facebook student group page and to the course platform to review if you cannot make the live call.
Each module should take you 1-2 hours to watch
You should make time for about 2-3 hours per week to practice the techniques learned.

Modules Overview
Module 1
Learn about the rich history of Facial Massage and all about the amazing benefits of this ancient practice. Plus we refresh your knowledge on the structures of the face and how we will be working with them in the upcoming modules.
Module 2
In this module we dive deep into the scaffolding of the face- the muscles and fascia. You will learn exactly which muscles are responsible for each facial expression and movement and all about the ‘fascia-’nating connective tissue that surrounds them.
Module 3
Do you really know and understand the Lymphatic System? This week we cover everything you need to know about this incredible part of our immune system and how it relates to our health and the appearance of our skin.
Module 4
We go beyond just the physical in this module. We learn about the Mind-Body connection and how this is an integral part of touch therapy. Then we learn how to prepare for our clients and elevate their treatments to a safe, 5 - star experience.
Module 5
We get the party started in this module and jump right into learning how to activate the Lymphatic System and get it moving. We then move onto working in the neck and shoulder regions.
Module 6
This week is HUGE! We explore how to treat all the muscles from the forehead down and how to make incredible changes in the skin and facial structures with these signature strokes.
Module 7
We move to the upper half of the facial muscles in this module and breakdown all the strokes that address the upper regions of the face.
Module 8
In this module you will learn how to perform the advanced Facial Massage technique called Buccal Massage. I will teach you how to turn up your Facial Massage by working from inside the mouth to really target muscles at a deeper level.
Module 9
In our final module I will show you how to tie all the moves together into a flowing treatment and give you a guide on how to integrate The FIX Method into your facial or massage practice giving you detailed treatment protocols and pricing guidelines.
